<\/span>3 dream weeks with a personalized welcome from Nabila and Denis! We found both friends and a holiday resort (Royan) which we found with great pleasure. Our 3 summer weeks passed very quickly and we really appreciated the apartment and the very nice decoration of our hosts! The apartment is ideally located in this pretty seaside town.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/span>Excellent stay in this 50's decor apartment: everything is there, the atmosphere, today's facilities 😉, clarity, cleanliness, calm ...
Not negligible, ideal location in the heart of town: everything is done on foot, shopping at the covered market, beach, walks on the seafront !!!
Finally the best: the welcome, the kindness of Nabila and Denis ... very caring for their hosts 😊.

<\/span>Third stay at CasaModernista, and it is always with as much pleasure as we find the Royan atmosphere of the 50s of this bright apartment, close to the covered market, and the Grande Conche.
The emblematic elements of the Royan of \"reconstruction\" are present here, with simplicity and attention to detail.

<\/span>Ideally located for doing everything on foot, this apartment is ideal for a stay in the spirit of the Royan of the 50's. Warm and full of \"pep\", it is functional and has everything you need. The owners are very friendly and have made available the documentation necessary to understand and visit this city with such a unique architecture!
